For more than 30 years, Camilla Koenigseder has been perfecting her culinary abilities. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, she worked with Narsai David, a well-known food critic and former caterer and restaurateur in the California Bay area. She worked a short time at the internationally known Chez Panisse restaurant in Berkeley,
California. She shared with Ellen Hyland the creation and implementation of the Groaning Board Catering Business and the highly successful Groaning Board Cook's Club, a mail order cooking club offering menus, recipes, shopping lists and preparation time tables to subscribers across the country.

More than a decade ago, Camilla brought her culinary expertise and creative abilities to Texas, offering cooking classes and establishing Camilla's Catering. She wrote a monthly cooking column for the Fort Worth Blvd Banner for 3 years. She has given numerous talks and cooking demonstrations to civic groups and department stores.
