Board Cook's Club, a mail order cooking club offering menus, recipes, shopping
lists and
preparation time tables to subscribers across the country.
More than a decade ago, Camilla brought her culinary expertise and creative
abilities to Texas, offering cooking classes and establishing Camilla's
Catering. She wrote a monthly cooking column for the Fort Worth Blvd Banner
for 3 years. She has given numerous talks and cooking demonstrations to
civic groups and department stores.
