1 - 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained, (save the juice) ¼ cup Tahini, see notes 2 T. extra-virgin olive oil 3 T. fresh lemon juice (1 large lemon) 1 t. fresh garlic, chopped or my garlic puree' |

2 - 3 rounds, fresh pita bread |

Pita Crisps: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut each pita with scissors into eighths and separate the wedges. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until lightly browned, for about 10 minutes. Cool and store in a tin or serve. |
