Peanut Butter Waffles or Pancakes

STEPS

INGREDIENTS

  1. Place the pancake mix in a bowl. Set aside. Combine the next 6 ingredients in a blender jar. Blend until smooth. Add to the bowl. Stir until just combined.

2 cups commercial pancake mix

1 1/3 cups milk

1 egg

2 T. canola oil

2 T. chunky peanut butter

1 t. sugar

2 T. sour cream

  • Waffles: Pour the batter onto a hot waffle iron. Makes 12-4" waffles
  • Pancakes: Or, make 12, 4-5" pancakes.

     
  • Serve with pure maple syrup and butter
  • Pure maple syrup and butter

       
       

    Note: If you’re not going to use maple syrup, sweeten the batter with sugar, syrup or artificial sugar (to taste).
