Try these on summer nights, or any other time…. Doing them on the BBQ creates wonderful flavor (or pan fry). I can make a meal of these. I have even used leftover frozen and thawed Crab Fondue. It was the greatest! |

24 corn or flour tortillas - see note 2 cups grated cheddar (or other cheese) |

Or, In a frying pan over a medium high heat, cook for 1 minute. Turn them over. Cover, and cook for another minute until the cheese is melted. |
